📸 HOW TO PERSONALISE YOUR MUG

1️⃣ PLACE YOUR ORDER

Purchase your personalised mug through TikTok Shop and choose your preferred option: SINGLE, DUO or TRIO.

2️⃣ SEND YOUR PHOTO OR TEXT

After placing your order, send us:

✔️ The photo you would like to use
✔️ Any text, name, date or message you would like added
✔️ Any special instructions for your design

If you only want text on your mug, simply send us the wording you would like.

3️⃣ WE CREATE YOUR DESIGN

Your mug will be individually designed using the photo and/or text you provide.

4️⃣ RECEIVE YOUR DESIGN PREVIEW BY EMAIL 📧

Before your mug is made, we will send a DIGITAL DESIGN PREVIEW to the email address provided with your order.

You can check your design and request changes before approving it.

5️⃣ APPROVE YOUR DESIGN

You can request changes until you are completely happy with the final result.

6️⃣ YOUR PERSONALISED MUG IS MADE

Once you have approved the final design, your custom mug will be created especially for you and prepared for dispatch. 🎁

⚠️ IMPORTANT – DUO & TRIO ORDERS ⚠️

If you purchase the DUO or TRIO option, we will contact you by EMAIL after your purchase to request the additional photo(s), text or personalisation details for the remaining mug(s).

☕ DUO – you will be asked to email us the second photo/design and personalisation details for your additional mug.

☕ TRIO – you will be asked to email us the additional two photos/designs and personalisation details for your remaining mugs.

❤️ Each mug can have its own individual photo, text and personalised design.

For example, you can order a TRIO and have a different photo, name or message on each of the three mugs.

📧 Please make sure the email address provided with your order is correct and that you check your inbox after placing your order.

⚠️ IMPORTANT – DESIGN APPROVAL BY EMAIL ⚠️

After you place your order, we will prepare a DIGITAL DESIGN PREVIEW and send it to the EMAIL ADDRESS provided with your order for your approval. 📧

For DUO & TRIO orders, you will receive design previews for each personalised mug.

❤️ NOT HAPPY WITH THE FIRST DESIGN? NO PROBLEM!

You can request changes until you are happy with the final result.

We can make suitable adjustments such as:

✔️ Change or remove the background
✔️ Add your name, date, message or other text
✔️ Change the position or size of your photo
✔️ Adjust the layout of the photo and text
✔️ Add suitable elements to the design
✔️ Make other suitable changes to personalise your mug

We want you to be happy with your personalised design before your mug is made.

📸 Please send a clear, high-quality photo for the best printing result.

✍️ Please double-check the spelling of all names, dates and personalised text before sending them to us.

⏰ Please send your photo and personalisation details as soon as possible after ordering to avoid delays.

📧 For DUO & TRIO orders, please check your email after purchasing, as we will contact you to request the additional personalisation details.

If we do not receive the required photos, text or approval, we may not be able to complete your order on time.

YOUR PERSONALISED MUG(S) WILL NOT BE PRODUCED OR DISPATCHED UNTIL YOU HAVE APPROVED THE FINAL DESIGN(S) BY EMAIL.

For DUO & TRIO orders, ALL designs must be approved before your order is produced and dispatched.

We will wait for your confirmation before making your mug(s). You can request changes to the design until you are happy with the final result.
